Sessions are 45 minutes at the cost of £70.00 per session

Introduction Session

FREE | 15 Mins

Free 15 minute phone call where we will discuss the presenting goals you have and decide if you would like us to work together along with a brief socialisation on how I work. 

Coaching Session

£70/ £80* | 45/ 60 Mins

After your initial introduction, if you decide to go ahead, we will begin the coaching work.
Your sessions will be 45 or 60 minutes long - Telephone, Skype or In-person sessions wherever is most comfortable for you.

Online Coaching:

Convenient and flexible coaching sessions conducted via a secure online platform, perfect for those with busy schedules or who prefer remote access.

Short-Term Sessions:

Focused, solution-oriented sessions designed to address specific issues in a shorter timeframe.

Short-Term Face-to-Face Work:

In-person sessions wherever you feel comfortable, aimed at resolving immediate concerns or achieving specific goals quickly.

Telephone Coaching:

Coaching sessions conducted over the phone, offering flexibility and accessibility for those who prefer voice communication.

Time-Limited Coaching:

Structured sessions with a clear timeframe, ideal for those with specific goals or limited availability.

Each type of session is designed to provide a supportive and safe environment, tailored to help you navigate your unique journey.
